Wave your hand over the light once to turn on or off. Hold your hand over motion sensor to adjust the brightness from a beautiful dim light to a bright light. Swipe your hand quickly back and forth over the motion sensor to enable the breathing mode- this will make your light "breathe" increasing and decreasing the light slowly. This promotes a calm environment and encourages your baby to take deeper breaths and drift off to sleep calmly. This function will switch off after 20 minutes.
